Good morning folks, I hope someone can help me with this.
I am now using my wifes Versa - as she no longer uses it.
I have installed the app on my phone and have tried to connect.
The phone finds the versa fine and then the app asks for the number displayed on the versa - but no numbers are being displayed.
any ideas

I'm not worried as much about removing the tracker from your wife's account as I would want to remove the Versa from her phones bluetooth.
Another thought could their ne another Versa nearby?
