CBE429FC-4BD0-4ECF-AFBD-F8BFF6BB05D2.jpegI tried this little experiment with fitbit versa

1. Checked my heart rate while sleeping which was 55bpm

2. Then randomly entered exercise mode andmy heart rate rose to 80bpm without any exertion surprisingly I was still sleeping in the same position

3. I think fit bit hasn’t rigged their watches to shown elevated heart rates in exercise modes.ICBE429FC-4BD0-4ECF-AFBD-F8BFF6BB05D2.jpeg

@Vickykorati

I'm not currenty wearing my versa as I wear my old charge tracker when working on heavy equipment. The next time I wear my versa (probably next week), I'll try and duplicate what yours is doing.
