I had a charge 2 for about two days, then i returned and upgraded to the versa. I unpaired the charge off my bluetooth, restarted phone, deleted app and re logged in with new one. Phone is up to date, im using an iphone x on ios 11.4, and i also delted the device on the app im getting
"Error
The operation couldnt be completed
(com.fitbit.http error 500.)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, did you delete your account where the Charge 2 was set up and tried to set up your Versa afterwards? If so, it's possible you will need to wait up to 24 hours before trying to set up the Versa, which is why you're receiving the error 500. Please try to set up your Versa after 24 hours have passed and let me know if you're still getting the same error. A screenshot will be helpful as well.

The trouble shooting i've done was in the last post, seeing that i'll have to repeat myself here we go;
THINGS I DID FOR TROUBLE-SHOOTING:
and no i don't have a screen shot because honesty its to much work to take it on my phone, email it to myself, then get it on computer. Sorry
The message I get on the screen as follows
"Error
The operation couldnt be completed
(com.fitbit.http error 500.)"
