Hello @CameraGill, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, did you delete your account where the Charge 2 was set up and tried to set up your Versa afterwards? If so, it's possible you will need to wait up to 24 hours before trying to set up the Versa, which is why you're receiving the error 500. Please try to set up your Versa after 24 hours have passed and let me know if you're still getting the same error. A screenshot will be helpful as well.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, please keep me updated!

The trouble shooting i've done was in the last post, seeing that i'll have to repeat myself here we go;

THINGS I DID FOR TROUBLE-SHOOTING:

  1. Hard rest the Versa
  2. DELETING the charge 2 off the fitbit account and bluetooth on phone and trying to connect versa
  3. Connecting the Versa to a BRAND NEW ACCOUNT under a DIFFERENT E-MAIL address
  4. Trying to connect to the versa on data and not using WIFI
  5. Waited 24-36 hours to try and connect to the versa again, also resetting phone + versa

and no i don't have a screen shot because honesty its to much work to take it on my phone, email it to myself, then get it on computer. Sorry

The message I get on the screen as follows

"Error
The operation couldnt be completed

(com.fitbit.http error 500.)"
