Error when logging water and food on Versa Lite

I’m having trouble logging water and food on my versa lite it keeps saying maximum logs entered sync device but it’s already syncing anyone got an answer for this

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with logging water and food on your Fitbit Versa Lite. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your watch by following the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart the app and your phone. 
  3. Log out from the Fitbit app and log back in. 
  4. Manually sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Having the same problem and have tried your solution.  It did not help.  Please help!  Haven’t been able to log water since I bought the versa in AUGUST!
