My Fitbit screen went fuzzy, like and old TV screen. I tried charging it, and restarting multiple times. After looking at days, I've realized it stopped syncing several days ago, but it says it synced this morning. I finally tried a factory reset and now it is Frozen on that screen, saying "Data not cleared, sync and try again" but it won't let me do anything.
