Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

They always roll out new features to small groups of people at a time.
sounds like you really sure return yours and go get something else.

Hi there, so this estimated oxygen variation update will not work with my charge 2? Just looking for confirmation. Thanks, Ryan

That would also explain why there is no data showing in my Fitbit app estimated oxygen variation window. 😉

I don’t understand - I have new Charge 3 and it had the Ixygen table first 4 days and I wake up this morning and it’s gone? This happen to anyone else? Even previous days records gone!

I checked this morning and oddly enough mine disappeared as well, very strange. Am considering getting a charge 3. Hope Fitbit gets this resolved.

How will we know when it's been rolled out to our device?

@mpacker I've mentioned about opting in for it a few times but have gotten no additional data. Even signed up on their beta page. Interesting they didn't even have Android 10 listed as a platform on their beta page. Maybe that's why I'm not getting picked for it. Would be great to have some actual feedback from the company on the status and a roll out map. Probably would ease people's frustrations and help them save some face since they advertised a feature that they're not delivering.

My estimated oxygen variation data also disappeared yesterday and I rebooted both my Versa 2 and IPhone and it’s back!

I rebooted my iPhone 6S & charge 2 and my estimated oxygen variation info reappeared as well. Thanks for the letting me know.

Gotta love Fitbit! People on here bought the new watches waiting for SPO2 data to be activated and Fitbit rolls the feature out to a guy who uses a Charge 2 (which doesn't even have a SPo2 sensor.) Here I wait (paying $9.99 a month extra for Premium) along with my new Versa 2 salivating for Spo2 data, but no, Fitbit gives it to a guy with a Charge 2. Boggles The Mind! Come on Fitbit, all this does is annoy your loyal customers, but again, hopefully Google will tighten the ship over there at Fitbit when they finally take over.

This feature just appeared on my Charge 3 a week or two ago (don’t remember for sure) and then just disappeared today! Along with the charts that had been in my app in the last week or so. Do you know why it disappeared? And when it might return?

davey from Uk
I purchased the charge 3 exactly 1 month ago (December 2019) now yeah I’ve had teething problems but I see all results but don’t see the oxygen saturation levels.
Now the charge 3. Has been out a while now so I it would be nice to see them as my sleeping patterns are all over the place and I would like more than just tracking results to show my local GP.
