Ever since the new update I don’t receive any texts or calls for that matter on my versa 2. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Anyone have any tips??

I had the same problem with my Versa and resolved it by doing the following:

On your iPhone go to Settings/Notifications then tap "Show Previews" and select "Always".

This worked for me with my ancient 6S. Hope it helps you too!
