Everything syncs BUT weather app

Weather APP is not working. Says to sync to app...which does happen but I get the same error. I messaged Fitbit same reply with other problems to turn off, undo, redo settings which I am getting tired of doing. 

Anyone else having weather app problems?

If you have followed our instructions to set up and troubleshoot apps on your Fitbit Versa without luck, please perform a restart by following these steps. If this doesn't help, please be so kind to attach a screen shot of the error you getting for a further investigation.

I figured it out by allowing location as always and not when using app.

Make sure that All-Day sync is enabled as well.

What’s weird is all day sync is off and it works fine as long as location is on 🤷‍:female_sign:

@fununcjjg is right @Iliyana I have all day sync turned off and locations allowed and it works fine.

Some of the clock faces I have used will not update the weather correctly..

@EdsonFitbit I changed back to the offending clockfaces today so I could take the photo, and it seems to be working now.  I'll let you know if I happen across any others that do not work as designed.

Yes, I had the same issue. I did not realize that the weather app uses the GPS for its data. I turned on my GPS and the app updated. I only use GPS when needed, otherwise it is always off. D'oh!

I have the same problem. Worked fine for a while, now there's no weather update, neither on my app nor my clock face. I've restarted everything multiple times, I have all-day sync and Always Connected and Keep-Alive Widget on. My phone is never more than 10 feet away, and BlueTooth is always on. My phone always has internet connection. I've tried every "solution" given in this forum and others several times, and never seen any change. It's really frustrating.
