Excersise Shortcuts have vanished - Vera 2

Hello,

 Omy Versa 2 the excersise shortcuts have vanished from the watch - I've been onto the App and removed and added them - however when it syncs they are still not there - I press the button and only the alarm function is available - any ideas how I can get them back?

I'm a bit confused here.  You say you press the button and only the alarm function is available.  When I press the button on the Versa 2, it takes me to the main clock face; then I scroll right (swipe left) to see Apps including Exercise.  Do you have some other way to get to Apps?  Or do you have Exercise set as your left button shortcut?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have had the same thing happen to my versa lite, except only the exercise app disappeared. I would tap it, but instead of opening it went back to the clock. I tried a few things that didn't work, then accidentally let it go completely flat so it turned itself off. It was on the charger overnight and when I checked it just now everything was back to normal, I assume it rebooted itself. Maybe letting yours go flat will help?
