Hi,
I purchased a periwinkle coloured band whilst on offer in the sale. It arrived today and I don’t find it too dissimilar to the grey! Is there anyway of exchanging it for the mint one instead? I can’t find any information on returns/exchanges. Any help would be gratefully received.

You would need to contact support with your question. I dont know if they exchange bands.

When I contacted Fitbit support by phone, I was told I would need to return the band and then repurchase it at my convenience. I was given no option for an exchange -- even though all I want is a different size -- and no option to match the price of the band I was returning. It's pretty disappointing, especially since I have to pay to have it shipped back. Also, the store at fitbit.com does not provide a pre-paid shipping label.
