Exercise App not showing shortcuts on watch

I've had this problem for a while now, but there are no shortcuts on my Versa's Exercise app. I have Walking, Running, and Swimming selected as shortcuts on the Android app (using a Google Pixel 3a, updated with latest Android OS available), but they don't show up on my watch. When I select the Exercise app on my Versa, it shows me one button that says 'More', but nothing else. I have sync'd my watch, restarted the Versa and my phone, removed my FitBit device from my account and reconnected it... Nothing has worked. Is this app no longer functional? Any advice would be great.

I successfully fixed the issue by doing a factory reset on my watch then disconnecting the watch from my Fitbit app account, then reconnecting it.Thanks for the help.

I have experienced this as well. What Versa do you have?

I have Versa Lite. I click on my profile, click on Versa Lite (or what Versa you have), at the bottom it says Exercise Shortcuts.  Select the ones you want.  Swipe left to remove an exercise. Give it a few minutes to show up on your watch.

It sounds like this is what you have tried before. 

I wish I knew what else you could try.

Yes, this is something I've tried many times. Unfortunately it never updates on my watch regardless of how much I add or remove shortcuts on the Fitbit app.

Hi @FlorenciaRosa It's really frustrating when a feature doesn't work as it's supposed to. When you say you've had this issue awhile,  do you mean several months? It worked fine before this I'm assuming? 

Sounds like you have tried everything.  If I find something, I will let you know

Yes, I first saw this several months ago and was the reason I stopped using my Fitbit for a while. I just recall trying to adjust the Exercise shortcuts through the mobile app, then there be no icons in my Exercise app on the watch. Before that, it was working fine, yes.

I have something similar not working on my fitbit. It used to work fine. There was another time when it did the same thing. I followed all the steps and it worked.  It's been several months now that my issue hasn't worked. Maybe there's a glitch.

I've heard people say that older watches such as mine (3 yrs old), and yours features stop working after awhile. Which is a bummer as everything else works as it should. 

You have tried everything. Maybe someone else has ideas on what else you could try.  I'm sorry I couldn't help you.
