Hi there,
I've been tracking my exercise on my Versa for over two years now. I meet my exercise goal of 6x/week every week. Yesterday, I decided I wanted to look at how my activity was varying under quarantine circumstances by going into the history in the Exercise tab.( ex. calories burned, Minutes in HR Zones, etc.)
Before tapping on the image to see more detail, my screen looked like this:
Once tapping on it, I began to flip backwards through the months. Everything looked normal and then in the blink of an eye the data began to disappear. It now looked like this for every month:
Only the end half of every month shows data.
This is the same in all sections of the exercise tab.
The point of having a health tracking device is to be able to review it! The fact that half my data I am now not able to see defeats the point and is making me reconsider using it.
Can anyone help? I want to see my data! In case there's issues with photos showing, click here.
I use an iPhone SE 2020 - iOS 13.5.1
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
I tried to reproduce the bug on my boyfriend's phone and account but no glitch appeared.
