Exercise and sleep not showing up on app

I can't see any data with my sleep or exercising and heart rest on my fitbit app for a nearly a week. I tried to sync fitbit, turn off and on Bluetooth, turn off both devices.. Nothing is changing.

@Neblonde Welcome to the forum. Can you see the data on your Dashboard on Fitbit.com or is it missing there as well? When was the last sync? You can see this information after you open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section.

There is now on dashboard, there is no in app. I am trying to sync all the
time, nothing changes

@Neblonde Please log out and back in to Fitbit app. Are you on Android? If yes, please clear the cache for Fitbit app in the Android settings (Android Settings>Apps>Fitbit>Clear Cache).
