Exercise app isn't working on my Versa 3

The exercise app on my watch worked perfectly well until it stopped launching one day. It immediately crashes as I attempt to open it. I found old forum posts that may have been related but the advice there did not work for me. I updated the fitbit app on my phone and attempted to restart my watch. I also unpaired and repaired it but to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi there, @rationalconsume. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before posting here. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
