At 4 AM yesterday morning I woke up because my Versa was restarting and the vibration woke me up. It did this 3 times and in the morning was back to factory default settings. I've gotten everything back to normal except now the exercise app won't open. It just goes black and then back to the app screen. I've restarted the device and my phone and made sure everything was updated. Disconnected the bluetooth and reconnected it. Signed out of Fitbit and signed back in. Changed my clock face (as a previous forum post suggested). Still no exercise app. For a fitness tracker this is a major problem... My versa3 is only about 3 months old.
