Exercise listed in app, but not on Watch

I've logged in an exercise yesterday with my watch and it was showing both on watch and app after sync was done - 1/6 on weekly exercise part. 

I've done another exercise today with the watch, and on weekly exercise count it shows only 1/6 but on the phone app it is 2/6. Looks like the watch deleted yesterdays workout. 

How can I fix this please?

What mode did you use when you trackers your exercise @SMartyna?

Only exercises manually added through the Versa will show up on the Versa.

Thanks for coming back to me. Seems my versa is having a bigger problem so I've logged in a case with support.
