I have a Fitbit Versa, syncing to an iPhone7. I don’t usually have this problem, but for one day this week fitbit can’t recognise my heart rate zone in my exercise. For the one hour and ten Minutes of the exercise though it registers my heart rate at the bottom at 132 average and 159 at its fastest (see picture) and the ‘squiggly’ heart rate shows 80% in fat burn or cardio.
this all being said the time in heart rate zones at the top, says 1hr 10 below zones. With peak, cardio and fat burn at 0 minutes.
how can this be? Please help

Hello @Faeriean and welcome to the Help forums. Many users, including me, had this happen for one day that is related to the Versa firmware update. This seems to be a one day quirk. Mine has behaving normally ever since.
Please get back if this continues.

This has happened to me too for the last 2 times I’ve exercised, since installing the latest update. My device is an iPhone 8+
How do I fix it if it doesn’t self correct?

I'm having the same issue, however it's been going on for some time now (at least a week). Have already tried restarting the watch and turning it off and on. Didn't help
