Versa 2 has recognised the exercise but not included it in active minutes. How can I update atcive minutes? My daughters fitbit has included it in active minutes but she has a different Fitbit. Thanks

Hi @Zlum Active minutes is not a reflection of what exercise you have done, it is a measure of when you were working at around 3 Mets or more. See THIS Help Article on Active Minutes.

I was walking the treadmill this morning for approximately 105 minutes.  For some reason one of my active hours did not capture on the app.  Just a few minutes my tracker lit up with all of my 8 hours of active hours (even the one that did not capture on my phone app). What is going on here?

I started walking the treadmill a little before 9:00 (about 8:45 0r 8:50) and finished about 10:30.  The app did not capture the 9:00 hour but it captured all the steps while I was on the treadmill.  It did not capture the 105 minutes of Active Minutes either.  I have 12 active minutes on my dashboard.  What can be done to fix this issue?  Is there a bug fix available for this issue?  It has happened several times in the last few months.

Versa is also not recording my exercise, yet it records steps and active minutes. I’ve tried everything. I’m frustrated. It’s time to get an apple. This versa has seen its day. No support either.

The one thing I have noticed with my Versa 2 is it only counts minutes where my HR is > than my resting HR and it has to be actually capturing my HR.

While I am walking on the treadmill, I physically watch my app on my phone so I can be sure it is tracking my HR. Yes, I’m also OCD 🥴

OMG me too! Please let me know if you find a fix to this!! I worked out yesterday 36 minutes and it's not showing on my exercise but is showing in my active/zone minutes. Same thing for today!! Im so disappointed.

Apparently it’s an issue with the app, they don’t have a fix as of yet. Very frustrating!

Yes, after many emails back and forth with support that included screenshots of my issues they admitted that to me 2 weeks ago. 😬
