Hello,
Yesterday I did a spin class and tracked it as a Spinning exercise prior to updating my Fitbit firmware. I came home and updated it, then synced it. I have an iPhone 11 and Fitbit app is updated.
I am now seeing “100% Below Zones” for this class which is ridiculous because my average HR was 165 and I achieved a max HR of 190.
Can somebody explain this?

Hello @Knb21 and welcome to the Help forums. Several users are experiencing this issue since the firmware update. It happened to me, too. Fitbit is aware of this.

Hi all - if anyone is having the same issue and reading this, I figured it out what my is issue was...
I tracked my exercise and did not sync with the app prior to updating the firmware. Therefore when the firmware updated and THEN synced, the new HR zones could not be applied to the ‘old’ tracked exercise. I was also told my a Live chat agent that there’s no way to retroactively fix this so I’ll just have the one weird looking exercise. The HR zones were applied to a subsequent exercise just fine!

I too am having this issue. I was advised to reset which I did and it is still the same. I have messaged on Twitter and still the matter has not been resolved
