My versa 2 is not counting my exercises in the app. I had versa 1 and got the versa 2 for the holidays. Restarting both the app and watch didn't fix this. I'm not new to Fitbit. The watch shows but the app will not. Need the app for accountability for my nutritionist.

Thank you for sharing this information about the difficulty you've experienced with your exercises not showing in the app.
Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about the problem and the steps you've taken so far?
Let me know if you're not having this problem with the exercises or you're not able to see other information in the app. In addition, let me know how did you restart the app.
In the meantime, make sure that you've tried logging out from the application, then restart your phone and log back in; then sync your watch again and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
