I am now on my 3rd fitbit Versa SE in 2 months. Every one of them has the same type of issue. I choose "workout" or "run" or "treadmill" and get on my rebounder (mini trampoline) and at some point it reboots itself or simply exits out of the session and doesn't log the whole workout. I am mainly bedbound and rebounding is just about the only type of exercise I can do as it's not jarring my joints. Customer service has not been able to resolve this issue. Is anyone experiencing something similar? Does anyone have a solution to this issue? Are there any fitbit users that use a rebounder and have success? Any suggestions or thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

@Melove I've contacted Fitbit support about this and they say it's a "known issue" (which I believe) and "they're working on it" (which I honestly don't believe). I've had both problems and I know others have as well; if you poke around in these forums, you'll see several related topics. I'm surprised that it happens (if I understand correctly) every time you work out. I've had it reboot itself maybe 3-4 times and just exit the workout maybe 1-2 times in twice daily workouts since I got mine on release day in April.
I've noticed that it only loses about 30-60 seconds of data when it reboots and no data when it just exits the app. But it's still frustrating.
I know that the bug is actually in the Exercise app. Support did suggest to me that I just not use the Exercise app and let the Versa auto-detect the workout, or just let it track the activity normally, then manually log it later. That's not a solution for me, as I like the bigger fonts to watch my heart rate and steps while I'm working out. But maybe it's a solution for you?

I exercise on my trampoline at home also. Excellent way to exercise by the way. I usually chose “elliptical” as my workout choice and I’ve had success every time. I never had it quit on me. I’m sorry to hear that 3 of your Versas have exit or rebooted when you have exercised. I don’t have a solution for you but just wanted to let you know that mine doesn’t do that. So there is hope somewhere. Best of luck.

Thank you for your reply. Funny both people I talked with in customer service said I was the only one to report that issue. It doesn't happen every time but it happens regularly. I can only do short amount at a time and I'd say it's about 40% of the time the whole watch reeboots or it exits me out of the excercise app. I think there has been 1 day that this didn't happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel better knowing I'm not the only one. Though this should't be happening to any of us.

@Melove Fitbit support will NEVER admit that they have a bug. I actually could have been knocked over with a feather when they admitted bugs to me recently. I've had Fitbits since the first model and this is the first time they've ever even hinted that they might possibly admit to having a bug.

Thank you for your response. I have tried eliptical mode before but perhaps I'll keep it on that and see how it goes. I'm glad your watch is working for you, thats how it should be! Glad to know there is a fellow rebounder. It would be great if they add it as one of the modes in the future. Have a great night. Thanks again, and happy rebounding.

This is my first fitbit. Needless to say, I am not thrilled with the sevice. Especially trying to get me to believe I'm the only one, geez! I truly appreciate your response 💕.

Auto detect would work but i think it only kicks in after 15 min of exercise. Right now, due to multiple health issues, I am mostly only able to do 3 to 5 min of activity at a time. Otherwise, and for others this is a workable solution. Thanks again 😊.

Hello everyone! My daughter has a birthday soon and she wants a trampoline. Does anyone know good trampoline stores? I will be very grateful!
