I've just purchased a Versa 2 as a replacement for my expired Charge 3. Having picked up a couple of scratches over time on the Charge 3, I decided to browse for screen protector recommendations.
I was subsequently horrified to read about the apparent fragility of the Versa screen, for which there seems to be no preventative solution nor obvious redress.
There seems to be a Fitbit promoted damage insurance over in the US but my question is has anyone come across a cost effective alternative within the UK?

I'm glad to hear that you bought a Versa 2. As you mentioned, currently Fitbit doesn't have an extended warranty available for UK users. However, if you would like that this could be available in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
I was doing some research and found this thread, where users are sharing their advice about screen protectors or cases for Versa 2.
