Extremely disappointed with my Fitbit Versa 3

I am coming back here to place this review because Fitbit closed the other strand for comments.

DO NOT BUY!

I purchased my Fitbit Versa 3 about three years ago and within a year, It was unable to hold a charge.

I reached out to Fitbit and all they would do was offer me a 30% coupon to purchase another expensive Fitbit.

I did not accept it because I wanted a refund or an exchange for a working watch!It was an expensive gift to myself.

So, I was temporarily able to get it up and running for a month or two then it cut out again. I tried changing the charger with a new one and dry-cleaned the nodes. No luck!

I want my Fitbit in WORKING order. I am still, so disappointed.

SOLUTION: Purchase another more reliable brand.
