FB messenger notifications no longer automatically disappear on my fitbit versa 2 once i've opened the message on my phone (Samsung A21s, in case that is important). So once i've read the message on my phone, i have to then go back to my fitbit to manually clear the message. Not such a big deal you would think, but after a while it blocks other notifications coming through if i don't clear them. Has anyone else had this issue? I've had my fitbit almost 2 years now and have had no issues with this up until about a week ago.
Just had a live chat and the agent told me that this is normal behaviour and isn't an issue? But how can this be the case when this hasn't been normal behaviour since i bought my Versa 2?
Any help or suggestions are greatly apprecaited.
I've uninstalled the app, restarted my versa 2, reinstalled the app and resync'd. I tried switiching notifications off, syncing then switching back on and syncing but nothing seems to be fixing this issue.
