I would like to start transferring music to my watch, but when I go to the Fitbit Connect setup page it says the page no longer exists. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/404

 

What's happening? Didn't pay $250 for a watch to play music when the app doesn't even work. Is this normal for Fitbit?

Hello @laurmid and welcome to the Help forums.  No, it's not normal for Fitbit.  I'm glad you included the error link -- the link to Fitbit Connect in Canada is broken.  It popped up about a week ago.

 

Even though this thread was started about Fitbit Connect and Mac, the instructions by @LizzyFitbit should get to the page where you can download Fitbit Connect, even if you are a PC user.
