FITBIT Versa fell apart

The face of my Fitbit Vera came apart from the base of the device.   Although it seems to still be connected via a cable, it won’t charge or do anything.  This is my 3rd Fitbit product and I’m discouraged by the quality of the products.   Anyone got advice before I give it up and switch

@SRLYNJC Fitbits are not serviceable, unfortunately and this is obviously a hardware issue. I am presuming you're out of warranty. Nevertheless, I would reach out to Customer Support. Here's the link to Customer Support page. Really sorry I could not be more helpful.
