I have trouble with my Versa for over 4 days now, it started with the new fitbit app update. My versa isn't able to connect through bluetooth and is also unable to connect to my wifi. I tried to restart versa, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone million times and bluetooth as well. I tried both parts on how to make versa synch again and had to unpair it. Well, now I can't pair it with my phone anymore. I'm slowly starting to regret buying this watch since it was quite expensive and I had trouble syncing and connecting via bluetooth from the start and it is very, very annoying.

I fear you may encounter more problems. Fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

Naomi, that is because your phone is not on the Fitbit list of Approved Devices.

I do know that, but it worked fine for weeks, so I don't really think the phone is at fault, the problems started with the update of the fit bit app I installed on my phone. But I was able to fix it by deleting my versa from the fit bit app and pairing it once again, it took me six attempts to pair it with the app again. But it works. Still, thanks
