Since Monday my versa has not been working correctly and has essentially become just a watch. It is no longer tracking my heart rate, no light is flashing on the bottom. I have reset the watch and toggled the heart rate options on the device. since this stopped working, none of the stats on the device are accurate. I am coming up on my year of having the device and this one is a refurbished replacement, from a previous issue with my original; Why are these "smart" watches not even lasting a year without significant issues. I would really appreciate if someone knows how to fix this or what's going on with the Fitbit products.

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face, then it might either expired or removed by Fitbit oit of the gallery. If yes, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa and see if your problem is solved. If yes, see my signature. Thanks.
