FItbit app stuck on preparing music for download

Ive tried over my computer and samsung s8 and let it sit for hours, 3+ and it always says "preparing music for download". Ive tried using my home wifi and work wifi. I tried using pandora and deezer and both are having the same issues. Ive disconnected my accounts, turned everything on and off, and still it sits there. I have been working on this for 3 days now to no avail. Im at my wits end with this. Any ideas?

@Mykulus Make sure your Versa has sufficient battery (more than 25%). Sometimes bluetooth interferes - turn it off, sync and turn it back on. Before transferring music sync your tracker. And very important - make sure that all devices involved have very strong wifi connection (put them near the router). Check this help article for more info.
