I purchased my Versa Lite in December 2019 as a gift to myself. Two days ago, I pick it up from my dresser and the face fell off. Off! How did that happen? It’s barely a year and a half old. It was expensive for my budget! Is this still in warranty? It appears to be a defect. I pray Fitbit makes it right.

@JeanieYogini The Fitbit warranty in the US is one year. It is two years in the EU and possibly in Australia. Did you buy an extended warranty when you bought your Fitbit? There is a link to Returns and Warranty on nearly every page. You can also contact Support for more help.
I don't think it will make you feel better, but my son-in-law's screen popped off his, too.
