I bought my son a Versa for Christmas in 2019 and yesterday, while he was driving, the face fell off. He did not do anything to it, it was on his arm, and the face just fell off. It is not completely off but it is hanging half off. Can these be repaired?

I had the same problem, product was fairly new and had NOT been mis-treated. When I contacted Customer Support all they did was offer a 35% discount to buy another Fitbit, since 1-year warranty had recently expired. The Fitbit should not have failed like this so soon. After the face was carefully put back in place, all we got was a blank screen. The Fitbit help desk could not solve this problem, the Versa 2 is now completely useless, and no reasonable remedy was given. To buy another similar product, after a quick failure of the first item, seems to be wasting money. Not happy with the product, or the failure to reaonably provide a solution.
