Face of Versa is out

Can a Fitbit employee help me? After my firmware update, the face of my VERSA popped off. It may or may not be a correlation however it's still working and I would just like it back nested together. Looking for direction on next steps pls. I LOVE my Versa.

Hi @MsChas - Welcome to the forums! Nice to see you here. I’m sorry to hear of the problem you’re experiencing. The best way to contact a Fitbit employee is to go directly to Support. Most of us here are simply other Fitbit users, offering help and support where we can. I don’t have a solution for your specific issue. But Support can help.
