I purchased my Versa in June 2018 and have loved it until this week. I looked down to check my steps and the face of my watch off and the internal parts were showing. It was held on by a small strip. I thought I could just snap it back into place but that did not work. The screen is blank but my phone keeps staying it's syncing. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I've seen a couple of posts where this has happened. As you will still be within warranty I'd suggest contacting customer support. They can advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

@taohead2 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the face of your Fitbit Versa is off and shows the internal parts.
Due to this, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly. In the meantime, I'd like to share this page for more information about the warranty policies.
Thank you for your help my friend @SteveH.
I'll be around if more questions arise!

The same thing happened to me. Just contact the customer service and they will help you. They were really easy to work with and the process is easy.
