I love my versa.  And it is still fairly new.  It works and vibrates when messages comes through BUT I cannot see anything.  The face is dead.  What should I do?

This happened to me too!

 

The face went black and now it's not turning on whatsoever. Charging does nothing.

 

It's completely dead.

 

UPDATE: It's turned itself back on. I'm guessing it was updating firmware? Happened when I charged it so wonder if it waits until connected to run an update?

I am also having this issue. It first started over the weekend with it acting funny and I thought turning it off and back on would work but when I powered it back on all I got was a black screen and thought that didn't turn back on so I kept trying to power it on from time to time. When I tried yesterday it said my watch was at 0% so I put it on the charger for a few hours and it appeared to be working just fine except when I woke up this morning it was back to doing the black screen thing. I can look in the app and see that it's keeping track of everything but I'd like for it to work like it's suppose to. My watch is almost 2 years old, this shouldn't be happening to it.

I had the same issue last night and this morning I cannot get it to connect to my phone or turn on. I just got mine in December so I’m not sure what is wrong with it.

Mine works perfectly as well.  Can see everything on the app.  But nothing on the face.  It is so so sad.  And with this lockdown in South Africa due to the COVID 19 returning it is impossible.  So I am stuck.  We still have 2 weeks to go.  My versa is 9 months old.
