Facebook messenger on Versa lite

People contact me through Facebook messenger way more than texting.  How come I can't figure out how to get them on my Versa Lite?

I have a Fitbit Versa not Lite but I imagine it is the same. There are no appstore apps for things like Facebook on the Versa store, but you should be able to set notifications from various apps in the Fitbit app and turn on Facebook messenger.

 

Go to app notifications under general.

you want to make sure that your notifications are enabled for facebook messenger. you can do that in the app under notifications. make sure you have it checked. you may also want to go through your settings on FB to make sure you don't have notifications disabled or set to not allow multiple device notification. go through settings on your FB account and make sure your settings are enabled for notifications.
