Did a factory reset through the watch. Once it powered down, have not been able to get the screen to not power back up and now it's just black. Prior to factory reset the watch was at about 70%
Have tried:
Holding down all 3 buttons for over a minute (nothing)....having the watch on the charger while resetting my iPhone 8+ and then adding the watch through the app (nothing, its powered off can't have bluetooth on) Even with the watch on the charger, the screen continues to be black. Very frustrating!! Not sure why there even is an option for a factory reset if you're not able to boot it back up again! Even looked at the manual and nothing about what to do AFTER the reset!
Please, someone help! Have had fitbit for many years and if I'm unable to fix a simple issue might just go through another brand 😕
