My versa wasn't syncing with my Galaxy S9 so after alot of messing, I tried a factory reset. This didn't work and all I get is "Data not cleared, Sync and try again". My phone cannot connect to my watch because it says the pairing code is incorrect. I now can't get to the settings screen on the watch to redo a factory reset
Please, can anyone help???? 😞

My versa stopped syncing with my phone so I tried all the usual stuff before doing a factory reset. Now my phone can find my versa but won't connect. I am absolutely lost as I'm not technically minded at all.

Delete the App from you phone, re-add it and try to connect again.

This is what my versa is showing. I have uninstalled the app but when I try to set up my versa again, I get to the bluetooth bit - the app finds my versa but says it can't pair. I now can't do anything with the versa as its stuck on this screen.

I am in the same exact position! My factory reset failed and I have the same screen showing on my watch. I cant do anything 😞

I think I only have two options left. Wait for the battery to run out and see if it helps or take it back to the shop.
