Failed firmware update and other issues

After doing an update my watch froze when trying to finish a swimming workout. It also kept showing that there were no new notifications even though i was not trying to access that. I did a reset by holding left and bottom right button and now the watch wont come back on. How can i fix this as i have a triathlon next week?
