Failed update. Versa 2 doesn't turn on anymore.

Hi,

I have a Versa 2. Last week, while updating , I saw that wifi update failed at around roughly 10-15%. It suggested me to connect via Bluetooth, but when I tried the Bluetooth connection, it couldn't connect to the watch at all, so I checked to see if the watch was ok. This is when I saw that it was turned off. I wasn't expecting this, so I tried to turn it off, but the watch was unresponsive. I pressed the button for 10 seconds and the Fitbit logo showed up, after a few seconds a green background appeared, then the watch turned off again. I repeated the same procedure (pressing the button for 10 seconds), it turned on again and the same things happened: Fitbit logo, followed by Fitbit logo on green background, then it turned off again. Afterwards, it became unresponsive. It doesn't matter how long I press the button, it doesn't show any activity. Putting the watch on the charger doesn't make any vibration. It seems like the watch is completely dead for no apparent reason. Is there a way to solve this problem or factory reset the watch (the only way I know requires the watch to be turned on until the logo appears, so it isn't helpful in my case.

Thanks...

Hi, exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday but the watch didn’t turn on at all. It simply died for no apparent reason. It’s been on charge overnight, but it’s still not working this morning.
Its an absolute pain as I rely on the alarms to remind me to take my medications.... I wouldn’t be without it.
