I had this problem in the past and did all the steps suggested and it sent the e-mail ONE time then stopped sending them again. Apple watch is looking a lot better folks. Why pay for one that does not do what it promises to do. Why do I have to reset everything every time over and over,, it was a gift so no cost to me but a disappointment to my kids who go it for me. Fitbit needs to do better. Maybe a software update to fix this problem.

Now the settings on the FitBit site will not open. I click on the gear and I get a blank screen. No options available at all.. ???????
