I had this problem in the past and did all the steps suggested and it sent the e-mail ONE time then stopped sending them again. Apple watch is looking a lot better folks. Why pay for one that does not do what it promises to do. Why do I have to reset everything every time over and over,, it was a gift so no cost to me but a disappointment to my kids who go it for me. Fitbit needs to do better.  Maybe a software update to fix this problem.

Hi, go to www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC/Laptop. If you are logged in into to your Fitbit account, you will get to see your dashboard. Click on the settings icon and go to (on the left side of the page) to notifications and scroll down to, on the right side of the page, to "Low Battery" and enable mobile and email. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "save". You now should get a low battery message in case of, regards kuzibri
