Failure to factory reset and failure to sync Versa 2

I have factory reset my versa 2 (of 1 year) today thinking it would maybe clear up the unwanted data and keep it running smoother like the first time I had it. Welp that was completely wrong with the suggestion of my friend who went through the same thing and theirs went smooth. I tried turning it on and all it says is "Data not cleared Sync and try again". The main thing that pisses me off is that I'm a highschooler that needs the alarms from this watch or I will sleep through any other alarm . I have also gotten rid of the watch on the app clearing data from their and re-made the setup for the watch. Not syncing what so ever and I have also gotten it to the loading screen and I left it for two hours to come back to the screen.

After a factory setup the watch has to be resetup, like a new watch

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions

I'm not sure what screen you came back to, but as @Guy_ points out. Your factory reset brought it almost back to factory settings and removed the tracker from your fitbit account. You will also, need to setup fitbit pay, if you used this.

Yeah I have done that twice and there still seems to be an issue of the
"clear data failure retry"
