Failure to transfer personal music to Versa2 due to failure to connect to WiFi

I've been able to setup and sync my new Versa 2 with both my mobile phone and my Windows 10 computer. However, I've not been able to connect via wireless using my Windows 10 computer to transfer personal music to the Versa 2. Below are various screen shots that indicates the Versa 2 is successfully connecting to my router and my home network. Since it syncs without error, Bluetooth is working.

 

As you can see with the pictures below, the Versa connects to my home network (as the router verifies). The watch says it is connecting and waiting for a transfer. However, the Fitbit app on my windows 10 computer sits and says "Looking for watch" forever.

 

As my music resides on the computer, connecting to the mobile phone will not be useful since I cannot transfer the music from the phone.

 

Since email support has been discontinued, I will not submit images that detail personal network information to a public forum.  Please advise.
