Hello, I bought my Versa in Jun 2018 and they worked fine (Four days per charge). Since April 2019 i observe that my battery discharge in 2 days max. I´m using only basic clock face and i don´t play games on my Versa. 2nd thing is that my Versa counting floors very bad. Today i climbed max. 10 floors and versa calculated 73 and this persists since April too.

Welcome on board @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see a new member around!

Thank you for sharing your concern regarding your Versa counting too many floors and the battery draining too fast. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the battery issue by selecting a Fitbit clock face. I recommend restarting your device by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please check our complete tips to prevent the battery drain here

Regarding the issue with floors, your device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. If you want to remove floors from your account, please follow these steps.

Thank you for your advice. I´ve restarted my watch several times since i read it here on the forum and followed steps like is written in the manual for longer battery lifetime, but it didn't help. I turned off automatic screen wake and i´ll monitor how will the battery discharging now.

Hi again, Smiley Happy

I don't know what happened exactly, but on Thursday (June 13, 2019) I charged my versa and today they still have 24%. So far they have lasted up to 2 days after being fully charged. So it looks like the battery has recovered, we will see how it goes next days. But the floors still count badly.
