Fast forward music stored on versa

Is there a way to fast forward or rewind the music stored on the versa? As I have mixes for workouts, such as from burning man, and the tracks are over an hour long and I want to be able to get to a point within the track without having to listen to the whole track all the time.

As you listen to your music, go to the Versa music app on the Versa itself and on the screen you will see ways to fast forward,  pause, and rewind your current song.  (Usually the music app appears for me while I am listening, but if I have changed the screen, I swipe left until I see the music app and you can see the controls there).

I still cannot rewind there. I've tried holding the next/previous song buttons, but they are not working at all. Any ideas if it is possible to rewind/fast-forward the music stored on the Versa?

Does anybody know if this is possible? I listen to podcasts and can't seem to fast forward to the spot I ended it at. Would be a great feature!!

Same problem. I guess you can jump forward or backward a track but not ffd or reverse within the same track. This is definitely a bummer with podcasts.
