Faulty Versa after swimming

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I went for a swim in my Versa and now the heart rate is showing super hight and if I take them off the red light is still showing. Did factory reset, chatted with support and nothing is helping. Bought them in July 2018, is that it, the lifespan of 1.5 years? Or is there a way to fix it?

Also, my FitBit never goes to 100% charge, just 99% and that's it.

So disappointed, as heart rate is the main reason I got the watch. I need to be able to track it while running, otherwise, it's useless.
