Fed up with my Versa 2

Sick to death with my Fitbit Versa 2, had problems with it from the beginning, from battery not holding charge and when the clocks go back and forward, it doesn’t seem to like it and shuts down.  The customer service always say do this and do that but still have the same problems, I won’t be recommending Fitbit and I won’t buy another!

@SunsetRunner Hello Tina, sorry to hear you having problems with your Versa 2. It looks like you're having two problems with it.

Battery: I have made a clockface called Just1Battery  It can give you an idea what drains your battery. The clockface itself is very easy on the battery. You should easily get below 30% battery drain per day!. Try it and find out if it's the Versa itself or maybe something else like keeping the screen on long or often. At least try it over night.

Clocks go back and forward? What do you mean? Switching clocks? If so which clocks do you use, because I did it often and had seldom problems with them.

By the way, how old is your Versa 2?
