Feedback. Compatibility to OPPO phone.

Hi there. I have been using OPPO phone A57 (Planning to get R series) and I can't seem to find most of their phone brand to be listed as a compatible to Fitbits especially older model such as the phone I'm using now. 

I believe that the Fitbit team are working hard to help make it compatible but please do get it so ASAP so that other user will be able to enjoy the service with less trouble.

Hi, see this page: https://www.fitbit.com/devices , type in OPPO and you'll see which devices are supported by Fitbit at this very moment. However, if it's not in the list (yet). it does not have to mean that it will not work with Fitbit, but of the ones listed, you can be sure that they are working. 

Fitbit's own statement about this, is:

"Can't find your device?

Try entering more information. If you don’t find your device, but it meets the operating system requirements listed above, you will likely still be able to set up, sync and use Fitbit products".

About the OS's, that information you see on the devices page above the search bar.
