My Versa 2 is glitchy.
the design of this smart watch is so strange. It is a literal watch. Sometimes it loses track of its connection to my phone and to the app.
i use apple iphones. I suspect apple prevents the fitbit app from auto launching and so for most operations which fail you should pray to apple and fitbit, sacrifice a chicken, reboot a small nations economy, say more prayers and retry your action.
Periodically you should reset the fitbit or power it off. Be prepared to retry bluetooth and wifi setup up to 30 times before it will complete even once.
Even tiny but friendly details like having the fact that my watch is a versa2 actually in the About menu might be nice. Or is the versa?

Hi, sorry to hear of the problems with the iPhone.
Its most likely not a watch issue. My Versa 2 works fine on Android.
Have you done all the Sync setup and troubleshooting ?
Also try
Toggle Bluetooth so that the watch is connected properly
You can check
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left]
Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" |
then try switching to air plane mode and back again
it might reduce the occurrences of problems the iPhone has with Bluetooth.
