Brand new Versa 2 wont turn on after taking out of the box. Plugged it into the charger etc.. came back a few hours later only got 1 battery bar on screen. Left for a few more hours same thing. Emailed customer service overnight while I left the Versa 2 to "charge" overnight. Their response was to contact them Live chat etc.. The person on live chat on 3 occasions tried to end the call before I had completed what they asked me to. And successfully ended the call while I was typing a response to their last request. Needless to say the Brand New Versa 2 is still not charged and not turning on. Really pissed off. I have Tried to charge (24 + hours and counting), cleaned the charged points, tried to do a reset (a bit difficult when it wont turn on) tried to set up while on the charger when I do get the 1 bar battery setup screen now my old Versa has been disconnected from my account and my new versa won't turn on. FFS!
