Once every 24 hours the Versa 2 stops tracking Heart rate. For about 30 minutes. If this stoppage occurs at night it also stops tracking breathing. Have done factory reset on watch, clear cache, and data on app. Uninstall and reinstall app. I think it is the Signature SP02 watch face that is causing the problem. Tired also of customer service that doesn't understand what I'm saying. Just because they can speak English, does not mean they understand English. why else would they listen to me tell them all the things I have done and then asked me to do them over again it makes no sense. Don't really want a Samsung watch I think they are ugly however I do have a note 10 plus and I do want something that is accurate day and night around the clock. the only reason I haven't bought a Samsung yet is this has decent battery life however if I cannot depend on it to accurately track my health then it means nothing to me!
